Celonis wanted to create a direct mail campaign for high value prospects that was engaging, highly personalised, and fun.

Our Solution

The Safe mailer campaign was a global Account-Based Marketing strategy for high-value targeted prospects. We established a highly personalised touch by addressing all the collateral and packaging material to each individual recipient.


The concept we built involved receiving a locked safe: to unlock the safe they would need to visit a tracked URL landing page to get the code.


Alongside the code, the landing page provided a look into the Celonis offering. Once the safe was unlocked, the recipient received an in-depth guide into their relevant finance function and chocolate gold coins.


Meanwhile, the Celonis team would be notified throughout campaign touchpoints including when the recipient received the safe and when they visited the personalised URL enabling the sales team to start engaging with the prospect each step of the way.


The campaign ran twice in the UK receiving a conversion rate of 20 - 38%.


The success of the UK campaign acted as a robust benchmark to adopt the campaign across 3 regions in the Americans where it received a conversion rate of between 32 - 40%.
