Our Solution

Cavalry organised the Celonis Superfluid World Tour Series in the EMEA region for an audience of over 300 people. Hosted in the London Sea Containers, we branded the venue and managed the logistics beforehand as well as during the day. This ensured the creative, staging, AV, speakers, catering and staffing ran smoothly throughout the day. The one-day enterprise conference involved managing 24 speaking sessions, including running 3 tracks simultaneously and executive meetings with C-Level stakeholders and prospects. We executed the UK tour stop under budget and with a higher attendance than expected.
