The City of London wanted to utilise the Guildhall's yard in the centre of London with an engaging and entertaining project.
Our Solution
We built an outdoor season event for the City of London at the Guildhall that ran for 8 nights catering to over 3000 visitors. This involved setting up multiple caterers, bar suppliers and sponsors as well as numerous vendors. From supplying all the needed cinema equipment, directing on the content selection and marketing the event online and offline to mass audiences, we organised, developed and executed this event from start to finish.
