Our Solution
We created a Swag Shop for Freshworks which gives the field marketing team an easy to use portal they can access from anywhere and send branded merchandise to customers and prospects. All the marketing team needs to do is place the items they want to send to a prospect in a cart and press send and we do the rest. The Swag Shop shows real time stock levels and creates an entry in the order tracker so the Freshworks team will be informed when the item arrives.
