TOPDesk wanted to find a way to re-engage with users and communicate the re-launch of the TOPDesk platform
Our Solution
TOPDesk needed to generate interest, as well as, communicate with their customers about the relaunch of their product. We constructed a personalised mailed box to key customers that introduced the new and improved product. 1) The box contained crucial collateral and branded merchandise which we produced with our approved vendors 2) To accompany the box and drive a call to action for customers, we created an online portal with instructional videos 3) Each individual box, printed collateral and portal link was personalised and tracked to the customer in order for better follow-up for sales and success teams
